Limnetic and benthic variant of the Three-Spined Stickleback – Gasterosteus aculeatus, a rare landlocked population of this species found living in several lakes around the Salish Sea region. Stickleback in general are commonly found living in brackish coastal estuaries and freshwater tributaries throughout the Salish Sea.
